I am a six year breast cancer survivor and this is my seventh year participating in The Weekend to End Women's Cancer and every year it gets better and I hope to keep participating in this walk for as long as I can.

Last year's walk was a great success and I could not have done what I did without the help and support of my family, friends and sponsors. A great big THANK YOU to each and every one of you for all that you do.

The Weekend to End Women's Cancer is a two-day, 60-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Toronto, taking place September 8-9, 2012 .

Proceeds benefit Princess Margaret Hospital, funding important breasat and women's cancer research, education, services and care.

I am so excited not only because of what can and will be done with the proceeds raised but also I will be meeting a lot of heroes on this walk and the entire weekend will be a glorious one. I can hardly wait!

I am pumped, ready to walk and ready to do all I can to erase and eradicate breast and all women's cancer.
