The Weekend to End Breast Cancer is a two-day, 60-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Edmonton.

At some point in time in our lives we have met, loved or lost someone affected by cancer. I lost my Mom to cancer last February and I cooked for a wonderful lady a few years ago that had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Happy to say Mrs. P is doing well today! Just a few months ago, two more ladies battling this horrific disease have been added to my client roster.(September 2007)

Last January, one of the Edmonton Personal Chefs was struck by breast cancer. The news shocked us all! Teresa is being a real trooper through it all and we are all standing by her with the help of meals and support. The USPCA Edmonton Chapter of Personal Chefs are offering Personal Chef Services and a Dinner Party in exchange for your support! It is in their honor, Mom, Mrs.P. Carol, Tammy, Andrea and Teresa that I have committed to raise $10,000.00 and walk in the Weekend To End Breast Cancer in August 2008.

Last DRAW Date Change
Our last draw for a two-week Personal Chef Service for two has been postponed to Friday, August 15th. We will be doing our final draw live on Breakfast Television! So look for us on August 15 on BT and keep your fingers crossed that the name called is yours! Elaine Wilson will also be drawing for her donated 4-course Dinner Party for Six, a $750.00 value! If you don't have your entries yet, there is a still lots of time to donate and support a great cause!

April 4th is here and it's time for our second draw!
And the Winner is....
Second of three "Thank You Gift" draws was held on April 4th at the Weekend Offices and with close to 200 donations received the winner of a Personal Chef Service for two is Robert Kennedy of Edmonton! Congratulations Robert! Thank you again for your support and I hope you enjoy your gift!

USPCA Edmonton Personal Chefs join in!
The Edmonton Personal Chef Chapter has joined me and my efforts to raise funds for the fight against Breast Cancer. We now have a new incentive for your donations!
