Be a Part of My Journey, Join My Circle For Hope!
I have decided to join team Glenda and represent all of the children whose lives were touched by her silliness and goodness. Glenda had played such an important role in nurturing the early years of many children who remember her and her fun-loving smile to this very day!
I had the pleasure of working and being mentored my Glenda in the early years of my career. She was and continues to be an amazing inspiration. I hope to touch the hearts and lives of my students the way Glenda did hers. Her spirit lives on through her songs and play in my classroom.
I am also walking to support Glenda's daughters whom I have grown very close to. They have become like family... "cusinish!"
Glenda will be forever missed and always remembered!
Pharmaprix(MD) Weekend to End Women's is a two-day, 60-kilometre or one-day 32-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Montreal. It will be a challenge and I am ready to take on this endeavour to find a cure to breast and gynecologic cancers!
My commitment is based on love and my realization that we each need to do our part in this fight. I can walk. I can raise funds to benefit the Segal Cancer Centre at the Jewish General Hospital, a leader in the fight against all women's cancers. I can and choose to be a part of this movement to save lives.
I ask you to join my Circle For Hope. Be a part of my very personal journey - by giving, by walking with me, or simply by sharing my story with your circle of influence.
