Heading into our 3rd year with the Weekend to End Breast Cancer and Annie and I are looking forward to raising as much as we can! The two-day, 60-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Toronto is a great experience full of wonderful, fun people...and for a great cause!

Breast cancer has personally touched my family and my life this year for the first time. After all the statistics I have seen and quoted over the years, this disease has and will continue to affect many of us.

And for those who aren't aware of those statistics: 1 in 9 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. 1 in 4 diagnosed, will die from the disease. And those numbers need to change! A lot has been done with huge leaps taken in treatment and research but more needs to be done.

Thanks for all of your support in the last few years. Any amount of donation you can give will contribute to helping fight this disease!

We'll also be hosting our BBQ for Boobies (complete with new booby trivia!), garage sale and other fun events! Hope to see you there.
