Day 2 Team CIBC Walkers

Thank you for allowing me to walk the Weekend to End Women's Cancer this past weekend. Raising the funds for this walk was clearly something I couldn't have done without YOU. It was just an amazing expereince despite the rain on Saturday. The organizers, volunteers and crew did an incredible job of providing for everything we could think of most of all cheering us on at every step of the way. The best part for me was walking through the neighbourhoods and hearing cars honking in support, music blasting from the sweep vans which was much needed to keep us going, pink ribbons tied on trees to show support, people on their porches waving us on, families and kids who had stands with coffee, expressos, homemade cookies, lemonade, candy, some even collecting our garbage as we walked on, all this support from strangers but all in agreement that we were walking a good cause, making a difference and thanking us for walking the walk.
I couldn't ask for more :-) other than be grateful for your incredible support. Thank you
