Jennifer's Dream

It was my sister's goal to complete this walk in honour of Mrs. B, a family friend of ours that recently lost her battle with cancer. Jennifer had been preparing for this challenge the same way she addressed all things in life, and that was to go big or go home! She took the role quite seriously and started her training right away.

She would proudly talk of completing her first half marathon - in fact she wore her medal all weekend after the race! She once told me that she admired all the running I had been doing and that if I was able to do it, then so could she. I told her we could train together and run marathons this summer to get her ready. Unfortunately, I will now be training without her.

Joined by my family and close friends of Jennifer's, we plan to keep the spirit of her dream alive and not only make her proud, but make Mrs. Booth proud of us as well. We will be completing the journey she started to honour them both.
