Hi Everyone,
My name is Sara, and this is my first year taking part in the Walk!! I am very excited and happy to make taking part in this wonderful cause.
Cancer is something that these days seems inevitable. Personal reasons aside, it needs to be beat, and cured. It seems that everyone I know, knows at least one person affected by the disease. It does not discriminate, no matter what age, race, gender. No matter what anyone can be faced with cancer.
It is an unstoppable illness, and at this point in time I believe we all need to do everything we can to raise money. Whether it is used to find out more about unknown causes of certain types of cancer, or to identify different types of cancers, unfortunately with fundraising money nothing is possible. Since we all ultimately want to one day cure it, we need to do everything in our power to help as much as we can to gain awareness, and raise money to change the future for ourselves and our loved ones.
Please help me make my goal so I can take part in a great cause.
