My Commitment to end ALL women's cancers
And the Journey grows...
Bonjour!
In September 2003, I took part in the first Weekend to End Breast Cancer Walk in Toronto. On the last day, crossing the finish line, I made a commitment to myself - to those I was walking with - and to those I was walking for; that for as long as I physically could, each and every year, I would be at the starting line, rain or shine, ready to walk the 60 kilometers.
We are now in 2010 and I am about to embark on my 8th walk. Once again I am privileged and excited to take on the challenge but I need your help… your financial support… your encouragement and cheers, and together we can find a way to eradicate not only breast cancer but all women’s cancers. We can make a difference!
